I combine 10+ years of technical and leadership experience with a multicultural background and structured coaching tools like the Enneagram. I don’t just understand leadership, I’ve lived it in high-performance technical environments.

We start with a complimentary discovery call followed by a MASTER Goal Setting session, where we define what you want to achieve, both in terms of tangible results and who you want to become as a leader. Then, we use the Enneagram to better understand your personality and leadership patterns. Finally, across six structured coaching sessions, we work on your real-world challenges, from stakeholder influence to team dynamics, all tailored to your context and goals.
